NEW ZEALAND

We will process your order within 24 hours of receiving it (week days only).

South Island orders - once collected by NZPost, your order will be delivered within 2-3 working days.

North Island orders - once collected by NZPost, your order will be delivered within 3-4 working days.

Please note that delivery to rural addresses can add 1-3 days to the standard targeted delivery times.

All shipping times stated are subject to delays caused by peak holiday periods.

We will send you a tracking number once your order has been shipped.

The standard shipping cost is $8 (per mat) within the South Island and $15 (per mat) within the North Island.

Please note that we do not offer free shipping during sale periods.

 

AUSTRALIA

We will process your order within 24 hours of receiving it. Once collected by our courier service, your order will be delivered within 3-10 working days. We have a flat rate charge of $30 (per mat) for delivery to Australia. Shipping times stated are subject to delays caused by COVID restrictions and peak holiday periods.

 

OTHER INTERNATIONAL

Unfortunately we don't ship outside of New Zealand and Australia at this stage.
